INTRODUCTION
Diabetes Association of Nigeria (DAN) is
purely a self-sustaining, voluntary, non-political,
non-religious, non-profit making association.
DAN is a member of the International
Diabetes Federation (IDF), which is affiliated with the
World Health Organisation (WHO). The IDF has over 132 member
countries all over the world. Nigeria is a member and has 36
State Chapters of which include Abuja and Lagos State.
DAN is registered with the Corporate Affairs
Commission of Nigeria under Part C No. 7951 of July 15,
1994.
